Peanut butter is a must in my christmas bakery. This really easy recipe helps you not to waive the taste of peanut butter during this period.
Ingredients:
125 gr. butter
130 gr. peanut butter (creamy)
150 gr. brown sugar
100 gr. sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. liquid vanilla (or 2 sachets vanilla sugar)
360 gr. flour
1 tsp. bicarb
1 pinch of salt
250 gr. dark chocolate (chopped)
Two baking sheets lined with baking parchment
Oven at 180°C / 360°F (top bottom heat)
Direction:
The butter, peanut butter and the two sorts of sugar together in a bowl and mix it well.
One after another put in the eggs, the milk and the vanilla (liquid or sugar) and go on mixing until you have a homogenous batter.
With a spatula work in the flour with the bicarb and the pinch of salt and in the end the chopped chocolate.
Make little heaps with the help of one or two teaspoons.
Put the sheets into the oven for 12 – 15 minutes (depends on your oven) – the cookies must be a little bit brown at the edge.
Pull the baking parchment off the sheet and let them cool down completely.
I hope you enjoy this recipe and have fun in baking it.
Yours
